Our Bath & North East Somerset highway maintenance contract is proud to be named a finalist for a CIHT (Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation) Sustainability Award!
This recognition highlights both VolkerHighways’ and Bath & North East Somerset Council’s commitment to building a future-proofed highway depot that embodies greener infrastructure supporting both the environment and the communities we serve.
The depot redevelopments are a key step in reducing operational carbon, enhancing energy efficiency, and setting a new industry benchmark for environmental responsibility. The depot demonstrates how infrastructure can drive meaningful climate action.
Winners will be revealed on 4th June 2025 at the prestigious Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.
