By focussing on developing and improving our quality culture, we believe that getting the basics right and reinforcing our right first time approach to work, reduces rework and the risk of incidents and accidents.
Training workshops
We empower our employees to achieve these pillars through interactive education engagement workshops where we encourage our employees to discuss challenges and solutions to issues that may arise. These workshops have previously included:
- Material testing and certification
- Right First Time
- Non-conformances
